Been searching for a much larger replacement for my JD Gator 6x4 for over a year. Found a Gravely Atlas JSV6000 offered by Crossroads on atvtrader.com. Great experience working with Rick, he was most helpful, even for our out of state purchase, going the extra mile to deliver the vehicle to us. Would definitely recommend working with him. Unfortunately I have had to buy two scooters in a time span of three weeks (was rear ended on first one and it was totaled out) but Adam, Kelly and the rest of the crossroad staff got me back on the road quick with my new genuine roughhouse titanium 50. I shopped around for a long time. I found the other shops were only interested in showing me things if I were ready to buy right then. They were pushy and rushing me. I left thinking I wasn't going to find anything in Lafayette. I gave Crossroads a shot and found what a Real Business should be like. I first Met Miranda who was very polite and professional. She explained everything in detail. She didn't rush me. Let me Browse. She let me ask questions and DID NOT MAKE ME FEEL LIKE AN IDIOT like those others. Then Miranda introduced me to Danny who showed me differences in each of the awesome scooters they had there. I bought my VIP that day just because of the trust and repore that was built between me and those beautiful people who helped an old, not so bright man and made me feel like family. If more businesses took classes on how to treat people,they may do better. Just had my 1st service on my new Scooter. I will never go anywhere else as long as Crossroads is there.
